Reserved micro spaces and small spaces to park cars are popping up all over the place now. Just happened upon this front of the line parking for both small cars like Minis or Fits, and micro cars like the Smart or scooters while I spent 10 minutes driving around a jam packed parking lot in downtown Waterloo. These spots are pretty much always empty, and right beside where you want to go. —
